Do you like the look of the site? – Some thought it could have a more simple design. We have made some changes which we hope that you like.
Is it easy to find your way around it? – Yes it was but with the changes that we made hopefully it is even easier now.
Can you get the information that you want? – It didn’t seem difficult for you to find what you were after.
Would a forum help get answers to the right questions? – Mixed views. Some thought it was a great idea while others wasn’t sure it would help. We have decided to give it a go to see if it takes off.
Is the site fast enough when compared to other sites? – Speed has never really been an issue for you.
Have you always been able to access the site when you want to? – Yes it is always on hand when you want it.
So overall we think that is really positive. We are continuing to work hard at making further improvements as we go.
